Baltimore Ravens (+3.5) @ New England Patriots
Sun. Jan. 10th 1pm EST
Total: 43

It has been a difficult season for both the Baltimore Ravens and the New England Patriots this year, but for different reasons as the Patriots have seem to have fallen from elite status in the NFL and the Ravens have had arguably one of the toughest schedules of any NFL team this season.

Last season the New England Patriots played well, but had to get through the season without their superstar quarterback Tom Brady who went down with a season ending knee injury in the first game of the season and missed the playoffs for the first time in quite some time. This season they were able to get their future hall of fame quarterback back behind center, win the AFC East title and get back into the playoffs once again, but their offense just hasn’t been the same and many people believe we have seen the end of the Patriots dominance in the AFC.

Unlike the Patriots, the Baltimore Ravens have gone in the complete opposite direction as they have gone from very good football team that dominates on defense to a great football team that dominates on both sides of the football.

This season the Ravens defense has been impressive as usual with Ray Lewis and Ed Reed driving opposing offenses crazy, but perhaps the most impressive part of the Ravens game this season has been how well they have played on offense with Joe Flacco behind center and Ray Rice coming out of the backfield.

Now these two teams will go head to head in an AFC Wildcard battle in which I believe the Baltimore Ravens will come out on top as they are just the better team on both sides of the football this season.

Ravens are the hardest hitting team in the league. Love to watch there hard nosed physical style of play. They will simply over power the patriots and beat them up on both sides of the ball tommoroww.
