The 2011 College Football landscape has seen some drastic changes in the past few weeks as national title contenders fell victim to upsets and shook up the once clear picture. What is still clear is that #1 LSU should find themselves playing for a national title in early January as they are only one of two schools to remain unbeaten on the year and Houston just doesn’t have the strength of schedule to be considered for the championship game.
So that leaves many one-loss schools vying for that other spot in the title game and it could be anyone’s guess as to who it will be at the moment. A rematch with #2 Alabama is a very real possibility but the argument that ‘Bama didn’t even win their division or conference does carry some weight. Until then, we will have all the conference championship and Bowl games covered as we continue to have another successful season at Belmont Sportsbook with our NCAAF free picks and game previews and by providing readers with informative pieces we continue to help bettors build their bankroll with winning picks each weekend.
